For Our Insurance Patients:

Please note that most insurance companies cover only a percentage of fees. You are responsible at the time of your visit for your annual deductible, co-pay or any estimated percentage your insurance would normally not cover for services rendered. For your convenience we accept: Personal Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will gladly submit your insurance claims to your insurance carrier.
